Giesound
Dutch mixer and producer Guido Aalbers is owner of Giesound. He was one of the first to show interest in Box of Doom, back in the days when we first started. In fact Guido was one of the first who tested the BoD during recording sessions. Guido has a serious trackrecord, and has worked bands like Coldplay, Live, Angie Stone, Muse, Bertolf, Anneke van Giersbergen, Miss Montreal, Queens of the StoneAge, Van Dik Hout, Franz Ferdinand, The Gathering, Paceshifters, Counting Crows, Stray Train and many more.
Giesound has a BoD AllXS with a collection of speakers, Guido's favorite set-up is for recording bass guitar, when he uses a Eminence 500 watt speaker. Hereunder you will find a couple of isolated tracks, recorded during sessions with Dutch band: Voltage.
These are isolated tracks and haven't had any eq or mix/mastering.
