Shipping & returns

Most products sold by Symbioses Music | Box of Doom Isolation Cabinets are custom made and there for not applicable for return. (seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.) 

If you plan to return an item, always contact before you do so we can see if its necessary to return the product. In case of return, the customer is fully responsible for preparation and suitable packaging of the item. Costs for damage caused by transport or incomplete items will be deducted from the reïmbursement. Costs for shipment/freight and handling are for the customer. In case of a faulty product, Symbioses Music will cover expenses to a certain extend (all in consultation between both parties).
